RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, AND REFUND POLICY

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book, receive and/or purchase a session.

• Reschedule your appointment at any time up to 12 hours prior to your appointment using the "Reschedule" button located at the bottom of the email you received confirming your appointment.  

• Cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance using the "Cancel" button located at the bottom of the email you received confirming your appointment to receive a refund of the cost of the service minus a $5 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance no refund will be issued.   

• No Show and Missed Appointments. Clients who miss appointments and/or are greater than 10 minutes late will forfeit their appointments and will not receive a refund. Exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis for extenuating circumstances. To inquire, send an email to hello@eternalheartconnections.com that includes your full name, the service you booked and date scheduled, and the reason you were not able to keep your appointment. Include the words "Missed Appointment" in the subject line. Emails must be received no later than 24 hours after your scheduled appointment. You will be notified within one week by email regarding our decision. 

• Money Back Guarantee for Single Session. I want you to be happy with your session so I offer a full refund minus a $5 fee at any time up to 48 hours after your session if you are not completely satisfied. Request a refund by sending an email to hello@eternalheartconnections.com that includes your full name, the service you booked, the date scheduled, and the reason you are not satisfied. Include the words "Money Back Guarantee" in the subject line. 

• Money Back Guarantee for Multiple Sessions. I want you to be happy with your package of sessions. If for some reason you are not satisfied after the first session and wish to cancel your future sessions, please notify me prior to your second session by sending an email to hello@eternalheartconnections.com that includes your full name, the service you booked, the first date scheduled, and the reason you are not satisfied. Include the words "Money Back Guarantee" in the subject line. Please also use the "Cancel" button located at the bottom of the emails you received to cancel all your future appointments. You will receive a refund for the cost of all appointments minus a $10 fee.

• Refunds will be issues via PayPal.
