Sessions are intended to support relaxation, emotional balance, energetic alignment, and overall well-being for people and animals.

During a session, you or your animal may rest quietly, sleep, meditate, notice sensations within the body, experience emotions moving or releasing, or simply receive the energy in whatever way feels natural. Every experience is unique.

Many people experience the energy as calming, peaceful, nurturing, expansive, or deeply supportive. Animals often respond by becoming more relaxed, sleepy, settled, or emotionally open, though some may continue their normal activities during the session.

These sessions are not focused on diagnosing, treating, or curing illness. Rather, they offer energetic support that may complement other forms of care and healing.

Can sessions be done remotely?

Yes.

Dolphin and Whale Energy Therapy sessions are offered remotely through Zoom with audio only to minimize distractions and support presence.

You and your animal companion remain in the comfort of your own home during the session. Many people find this creates a more relaxed and natural experience for both themselves and their animals.

A recording of the session is provided afterward so you may revisit the experience or listen later if desired.

Can animals receive Dolphin-Whale Energy Healing?

Yes. Sessions may be offered for animals or humans.

Animals often respond in their own unique ways. Some become very relaxed or sleepy, while others appear alert, playful, curious, or deeply engaged with the energy.

The session is guided by the animal’s own participation and willingness to engage and the Dolphin and Whale energy.

While many people first discover this work through sessions for their animals, Dolphin and Whale Energy Healing is also available for humans.

People seek sessions for many reasons, including stress, worry, grief related to their animal companion, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, spiritual connection, feeling disconnected from themselves, or simply wanting space to slow down and receive support.

Because animals are often deeply connected to the emotional state of the humans around them, supporting your own nervous system and well-being can also positively affect your relationship with your animal companion and the overall energy within the home.

Many people describe the sessions as calming, grounding, spacious, restorative, or deeply peaceful. Each experience is unique.

Is Dolphin-Whale Energy similar to Reiki?

There are some similarities in that both involve working with energy and supporting relaxation and well-being.

However, Dolphin and Whale Energy Therapy is less structured for me than Reiki. I do not follow a set sequence or focus on diagnosing or correcting specific energetic issues. Instead, I open the space and allow the Dolphin and Whale Consciousness to guide the session naturally.

The work often feels more relational, experiential, and intuitive than technique-based.
